These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of digital gift cards for driving lessons via the website centrumtrafikk.no.

2. Product description

The gift card is a digital voucher that can be used as payment for driving lessons at Centrum Trafikkskole.

The gift card cannot be used on other services or products and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Ordering and payment

Gift cards can be ordered via centrumtrafikk.no.

Payment is made using Nets’ payment solution. When payment is complete, the purchase is considered binding.

4. Delivery

The gift card will be delivered digitally to the specified e-mail address shortly after payment has been completed.

If the gift card is not received or there are technical problems, the customer must contact us by e-mail.

5. Validity

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

After the expiration date, the gift card cannot be used.

6. Use of gift cards

The gift card can only be used as payment for driving lessons at Centrum Trafikkskole.

The gift card can be used in full or in part. Any remaining amount can be used for subsequent driving hours within the validity period.

The gift card must be presented when booking or starting driving lessons.

7. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing gift cards online, the Right of Withdrawal Act applies.

As a general rule, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, as long as the gift card has not been used.

If the gift card is used in whole or in part within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal lapses for the part of the gift card that has been used.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us in writing by e-mail: post@centrumtrafikk.no

Refunds will be made within 14 days after the right of withdrawal has been approved, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Attempts will be made to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority and dealt with in accordance with Norwegian law.
